Materials:

Acrylic yarn - yellow and a bit of orange

2 black beads

4 big buttons

Ribbon, approx. 50 cm

3 crochet hook

polyester, needles, scissors.

Body:

Work with yellow yarn and 3 mm hook.

Ch 4, join to form a ring. 6 sc into the ring.

Rnd 1: (2 sc in each sc) around – 12 sc

Rnd 2: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around – 18 sc

Rnd 3: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around – 24 sc

Rnd 4-15: sc around – 24 sc

Stuff with polyester.

Rnd 16: (2 sc, 2 sc together) around – 18 sc

Rnd 17: (1 sc, 2 sc together) around – 12 sc

Rnd 18: (2 sc together) around – 6 sc

Finish Off.

Head:

Work with yellow yarn and 3.5 mm hook.

Ch 4, join to form a ring. 6 sc into the ring.

Rnd 1: (2 sc in each sc) around – 12 sc

Rnd 2: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around – 18 sc

Rnd 3: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around – 24 sc

Rnd 4-7: sc around – 24 sc

Rnd 8: (2 sc, 2 sc together) around – 18 sc

Rnd 9: (1 sc, 2 sc together) around – 12 sc

Rnd 10-11: sc around – 12 sc

Break the yarn leaving a long end for assembling.

Stuff with polyester.

Beak:

With orange yarn and 3 mm hook., ch 4, join to form a ring. 6 sc into the ring.

Rnd 1: 2 sc in 1^st and 3^rd sc – 8 sc

Rnd 2-3: sc around – 8 sc

Break the yarn leaving a long end for assembling.

Stuff with polyester.

Attach the beak to the head and add two eyes (black beads). Attach the head to the body, then attach the buttons (as wheels). Tie a ribbon on duck’s neck.
